| Commenced in 2007 our company specialises in the
taxation, legalities and accounting for all TAXES, GST, and Fringe
Benefit matters. We deal in taxation matters with regard to all entities
including Companies, Trusts, Partnership and Individuals. We specialise
in all aspects of all businesses and both commercial and residential
rental properties including LAQC’s. Stephen Brown is a professionally qualified, member of the TaxAgents’ Institute of New Zealand (MTINZ }. He is the former owner of Porirua Taxation Service Ltd. Stephen has a passed history as a company director a large business and was General Manager of Big Save Furniture in the 1980’s. Our company is an Inland Revenue authorised and registered “Tax Agent”. This authorisation is held in high regard when dealing with Inland Revenue personnel and registration is only maintained by the correct and timely completion and filing of clients Income Tax, GST and FBT returns. If you are linked to us as your “Tax Agent” (and most clients are) then you have an extension of time to file Income Tax returns (normally 31 March the next year) and an extension of time to pay Income Tax (normally 7 April the next year).
